By combining meaningful intentions with a conscious breath, this gentle and parasympathetic style of breathwork supports nervous system regulation, can provide relaxation and restoration, generate inspiration, or create transformation of limiting beliefs to make way for living a more intentional and empowered life.
What to expect
This session is designed to provide a safe, and supportive environment for your journey, with no more than 6 participants. I will facilitate the intention setting process, followed by a 90min breath cycle. You will then have an opportunity to debrief, in order to support your completion and integration.
This body and breath process is self generated, and honours each person’s own body and psyche to guide a session, so change is integrated at a pace that is unique to each individual.
